I do hereby agree to and understand the following:

1. Event is 21+ ONLY – MUST HAVE VALID ID TO ENTER - ALL SALES FINAL 

2. That I am participating in Canna Yoga and other fitness workshops offered by The Elevate & Thrive Festival, both at home, outside and in the studio, during which I will receive information and instruction about health and wellness. I recognize that fitness programs require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware and assume all of the risks and hazards involved.

3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in yoga and fitness classes or workshops. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions, which would prevent my full participation in the Classes, Health Programs or Workshops, both at home, outside or in the festival.

4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes or health fitness workshops, I agree to assume full responsibly for any risks, injuries or damage, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program, both at home or in the studio.

5. In consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga and fitness classes or workshops, both at home, outside or in the studio, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against Elevate & Thrive Festival for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

6. My legal representatives, successors, heirs or assigns, and I forever release, waive and discharge any and all claims against Elevate & Thrive Festival for any injury, either serious or non-serious, or death caused by negligence or other acts, both at home, outside or in the festival.

7. I further understand the instruction and advice presented in class is no way intended for substitute or council for medical exam, diagnosis or treatment.

RELEASE:t I, for myself and for my heirs, assigns, successors, executors, administrators and legal representatives, hereby release and agree that I will not sue the Elevate & Thrive Festival and any of its yoga and fitness teachers, owners and Employees, its Interns, for money damages and/or for any injury, loss and/or death, emotional distress, or from theft to person, sustained by me while using the facility, participating in programming, even if due to the NEGLIGENCE of Elevate & Thrive and any of its Mentors, Employees, its Officers, Directors, Agents, Interns, Volunteers, or guest instructors or other guests invited by Elevate & Thrive. This hold harmless agreement shall extend to all activities engaged in including but not limited to Elevate & Thrive. 

At no time will cannabis or cannabis products be gifted or sold. Do not use cannabis if you are under 21 years of age. Keep cannabis out of the reach of children. This is not an inducement to purchase cannabis or cannabis products. Please consume responsibly.

CANNA YOGO CO., LAVENDER FROG TRADING, HARTFORD ATHLETIC, & TRINITY HEALTH STADIUM WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEM AT OR DURING EVENT.

Elevate & Thrive Festival, where referred to, consists of Event organizer(s), its affiliates, agents, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners and volunteers.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents and I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions above.

The Purchase of Tickets for This Event Will Act as Your Signature and Consent.
